Amber joined the NEB staff in 2016 and holds a journalism and public relations degree from Northwest Missouri State University, and a Master of Arts in grant writing, management and evaluation from Concordia University Chicago.

Brett Schrock is the Projects & Research Manager of the NEB. He develops and maintains relations with petroleum marketers, ethanol producers and agriculture contacts, as well as coordinating industry trainings and research initiatives.

Brett joined the NEB staff in 2025. He holds a business administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and he is currently pursuing his MBA with an energy emphasis from University of Houston.
